Germany is a bell weather for the EU. Whatever happens to the economy in Germany, will have a dramatic effect on all the rest. France is under heavy pressure and the EU is like a house of cards. ready to fall down at the slightest heavy breeze. With the U.K. government in near shambles over it's massive immigration problems, the support for the Israeli genocide problems and everything else, it probably won't be much longer before it all falls down. Of course, Trump is hastening their demise as much as he can from across the ocean.

I don't believe Germany will be able to pivot to sell to the world. When whole industries are moving to other countries because of the high cost of electricity/fuel, it is hard to believe the light at the end of the tunnel isn't another train hurtling Germany's way. Despite all their problems, their crazy leaders still insist on wasting even more billions down the Ukraine rabbit hole. Ukraine first; Germans last. No wonder these would-be tyrants want to ban AfD. They will lose to them handily if Germans have any sense at all.
