When was the last time we provided most of our medicines here?

As to why healthcare is messed up, look no further than the fact the federal government is involved in 50% of the payments. Just like college tuition, anything the government is involved in substantially, you know there is trouble.

Life expectancy may or may not reflect health care, as doing drugs and suicides continue to increase in our country.

We must at least be better off than Canada, as those citizens come here to avoid the long, deadly wait national healthcare always brings. Take a number; we'll be with you eventually . . . if you are still alive.

I have had a lot of Canadian acquaintances and readers who have told me first hand just how horrible their healthcare system is. America's is garbage, but whenever I hear people clamoring to have Canada's I just shake my head because those people have no idea what they are talking about.

Hello Lena, thank you for another informative and timely video. I personally only use natural supplements and have encouraged others to do the same as I have done extremely well health wise using them. Unfortunately most people rely on big pharma and many of those meds, such as blood pressure medicine are designed to manage symptoms and don't cure anything. Worse, they can be very difficult and even very dangerous to stop, so marking up the price is really going to harm a lot of people. Very sad but this what happens when the lovers of money control the world.

More evidence that the United States is a failing state. By the time Trump gets things all jacked around, it will likely be too late to save the economy and further drive up the debt. Even as old as I am, I am likely to see the end of the U.S. as we know it and a lesser shadow rise up in its place.

Trump thinks he is so smart, but he was born in riches. He didn't earn his way up from the bottom. He doesn't have a clue about the middle class, having never been in it. The arrogance of the rich is something to behold.

Sadly, of course, you are correct. Neither party will slow down the spending (or the wars) and so the only difference between the two is only the speed we go off the cliff, but go off we will. When America does crash, you can bet the politicians will point at everyone but themselves. In fact, I can see them accusing those smart enough to buy gold, real estate, or any hard assets other than dollars as evil speculators and those who caused the problem. Never underestimate the lies politicians will tell to save their own hides.

He'll probably backtrack on these too, but companies will still use this as an excuse to raise prices indefinitely.

This country's "healthcare" is just despicable. How many times have we heard stories of people traveling abroad to get treatment that is exponentially cheaper and way better? These tariffs will further ruin Americans. On the flipside, Americans are so drug-addicted and have been in bondage to this sorcery for so long, it's a big reason for their irrational, confused, and vitriolic behavior and continuing worsening ailments. They have made perpetual patients out of the masses. Fun fact: the Greek word for 'witchcraft' and 'sorcery' is "Pharmakeia." *IF* these tariffs are kept in place - if you thought you we had a drug epidemic before...

I should also note, Lena, that Commerce Sec. Lutnick was forced to admit that even if these tariffs did bring back foreign investment and manufacturing (they won't), the factories would be "automated," he said. It's a con game.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's a controlled demolition of the current framework, a currency reset, as the elite class cash-out before the collapse.

Job 12:23 KJB He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again.
