"A fine presentation of what is probably the most fatal - and undiscussed - change in Europe's economy since 1945: A conversion to a war economy in the unfounded belief that that will help the crisis-ridden civil economy and be good for society at large. As I have now shown in three articles, NATO/EU leaders are either unacceptably ignorant of the facts or know them but continue to deceive you because: There is NO analysis anywhere showing that military investments have better multiplier effects than comparable civilian investments. A war economy is a societal catastrophe, and Europe will lose faster to China, Russia and everybody else. Thank you, Lena, for being an independent, knowledgeable scholar who says what must be said.
